We are very happy to kick off Immersive ECHO, the large-scale collaborative EU project on cultural heritage and immersive design, is officially funded by the EU’s Creative Europe programme, with New Practice in Art and Technology participating as one of the partner institutions.
Together with cultural heritage experts, immersive designers, technologists and storytellers from ten different European countries we will develop projects that empower cultural institutions with the tools and methods to express new narratives in powerful and accessible ways. The experiences created will premiere at public testbeds in venues across Europe, meeting new audiences and reconnecting with previous visitors.
We are excited to work with these exciting consortium partners: Lindholmen Science Park, Viborg Museum, Region Västra Götaland, National Dendrological Park Sofiyivka, Zavod ID20, AIRA Dance Company, The Storytelling Company, flora&faunavisions, Grand Palais Immersif, Technische Universität Berlin, New Practice in Art and Technology, The Point Labs, Younite AI, KIKK’s Le Pavillon, Futurity Systems, and The Animation Workshop at VIA University College, with the City of Gothenburg participating as an associate partner.
