Johannes Pointner studied architecture and urbanism in Munich, Tallinn and Berlin. In his architectural and artistic practice, he is particularly interested in the potential of technology to generate spatial and epistemic complexities. He is the initiator of various formats at the UdK dedicated to interdisciplinary exchange and currently works as a research associate in the new transdisciplinary master's program Design and Computation, jointly run by the TU Berlin and the UdK Berlin. At D&C he coordinates the research project "Raumlabore", in which innovative and interactive learning spaces are researched and implemented.
